## Who is responsible

[TODO full name or company], [TODO postal address], [TODO email] ("we"). See also
[About](https://ai-sw-factory.mellicci.dev/about).

## No cookies, no advertising

This site sets **no cookies** and uses **no advertising or cross-site tracking** tools. Fonts are
served from this site, not from third-party font services. We do not sell or share personal data.

## Visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics)

To learn which pages help readers, we count visits with **Vercel Web Analytics**, run by our host
(see below). It works without cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Vercel recognises a
visit by a hash of the request, which it discards after 24 hours, and keeps only aggregated
statistics: the page and referring site, country, region and city, browser, operating system and
device type. It builds no profile of you and does not follow you across other sites; we see
totals, never individual visitors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the content
(Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Details: [Vercel Web Analytics privacy](https://vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy).
You can block it with any content blocker without losing any function of the site.

## What your browser stores

- **Theme preference** (Bold or Night) in your browser's local storage, only after you switch the
theme. It never leaves your device. Delete it by clearing site data in your browser.

## Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by **Vercel Inc.** When you visit, Vercel processes technical data needed to
deliver the pages and protect the service — IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and
operating system — in short-lived logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a
secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel may process data outside the EU under the EU Standard
Contractual Clauses / the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. [TODO: link Vercel's DPA and privacy
policy; confirm the region and retention period.]

## Links to other sites

Pages link to official documentation and other external sites. Their own privacy policies apply
once you follow a link.

## Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, to data
portability and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to complain to a supervisory authority
([TODO: your authority, e.g. the data protection office of your country]). Contact: [TODO email].
